The villa was spotless and smelled clean upon arrival. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable.Getting around the complex is convenient, with plenty of nearby amenities. Overall, it’s great value for money, and I would definitely come back with family or friends."

I was in the pool everyday after long walks, the little kitty and I would hang out to listen to the song birds sing. They offer massage, scooters and information about bai chay and Ha long. "It was not a pleasant experience, from the moment of check in until check out. The check in process was very confusing, and I was charged entrance fee. I needed to pay buggy car, also needed to pay for the bottle water in the villa, there was this lady whose role is not clear to me asked me to pay cash. All these were not communicated when I made the booking. Basically the property is a private one, not related to the hotel. You can't expect a normal hotel experiece, need to figure out how...
