"The hotel was great, close to the train station, shopping, restaurants. Our room was great, had a small balcony. The hotel is unique and onw of our favorites, will absolutely stay there again if we ever travel back to Zurich."

"This property is fantastic- one of our favorite places to stay in the world. The breakfast is spectacular and so is the spa. I love the spa wing rooms overlooking the lake. Lake view rooms are a must and don’t miss a meal at The Restaurant. In our opinion chef Heiko is better than many 3 star restaurants we’ve been to. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good. Public spaces were nice.
Was given a room opposite the elevator and could hear noisy conversations as people gathered here. Borrowed an iron which was faulty and didn’t work. Breakfast was poor for the price paid. "

"Bathroom was very clean! And the room had beautiful big windows with a quiet view to the park. Unfortunately, the walls seem to be very thin, i could hear someone talk on the phone in the room above. Breakfast was very underwhelming wouldn't recommend. Stay was overall very good anyways and location is very practical!"

"Next to train station so it was very convenient. The hotel was clean and pretty. My room was very clean as well and the bed was very comfortable. I would have liked a firmer pillow because the one they had was too soft. The room also came with a balcony so that was a nice bonus. The trams are also right in front of the hotel. "
