"The staff were very polite and quick to offer assistance. We asked for an extra blanket which they brought up right away. We also had some difficulties with the remote (either it wasn’t working or we just weren’t smart enough to know how to use it) and they brought another one up right away. Breakfast was wonderful and free. The room was very affordable. We had booked a king bed with walk in shower and they upgraded to full bathroom. General cleanliness was good. Bed was very comfortable. My only criticism is I found the lighting quite dark. "
