"This property is more than I could have ever expected! It’s absolutely perfect for a family vacation. The rooms were so spacious with very comfy beds and plenty of draws/ hanging for your things. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience which was so helpful to me with my 3 kids under 6! The kitchen was very well equipped, the beautiful patio was an added bonus! It is quaint, clean, and the host, Jean, is an outstanding host. Very friendly and accommodating. I'm always sad when I miss my window to rent it for "me and my gal's "rights of spring"!"

"This property was absolutely wonderful. Its probably the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and I am picky. The shower was fantastic!! It has a wonderful and peaceful back porch where we had our coffee every morning. It is in walking distance to downtown and many great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!!"

"Jeremy was accommodating to our needs of checking in after midnite. Warmly welcomed us at that hour and gave the grand cottage tour. Location was perfect to pop in and out of throughout the day while enjoying the town. Harry the cat patrolled the property throughout the night and enjoyed head scratches during the day. "We traveled to Fernandina Beach to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with a short stay. We booked this property because my daughter was bringing friends and the bed situation in this house was just right. My daughter was able to stay with her friends in one bedroom while I had the other bedroom. There was also space in the main part of the house for a queen size air mattress. The house was very clean and as pictured in the listing photos so we were happy. We also enjoyed a couple of the features...
