I stayed at the Dune Crest for work over the weekend. Owner/manager was very friendly and accommodating. Basic free breakfast coffee in the morning which was convenient on the go. Property was completely full but still quiet and relaxing, room was really clean and beds very comfortable. Nice waking paths on the proper with beautiful views. Would stay again!

Great location, just a few minutes to Ptown. Also, there are amazing views of the tip of the Cape from the elevated areas of the property, which is nicely wooded and quiet. Simple, comfortable spacious affordable rooms. I would stay there again.

All around winner
On a solo motorcycle ride on great fall day out to Provincetown. Happy to find Dune Crest. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Easy access. Very comfortable and clean and all at a fair price.

A nice hotel, clean and kept up. We had a king/pet friendly room with a balcony that came with a view of PTown. We brought our dog and enjoyed the local area and beach. Check in was easy and the staff very friendly.

The view of Provincetown harbor was amazing from our balcony. Staff were very friendly. The trail to the dunes was right out our door.

Staff was very friendly. Room was well worn, which would have been fine except the heater/air conditioner unit was very loud. Walls were thin, so the noisy family in the next unit frequently disturbed us. Location was great, close to beaches and restaurants, and P-town and a great view across the bay.

Not the best...
We requested a pet free room and I'm fairly certain pets have been in the room we stayed in. The carpets were stained and had a urine smell on the left side of the bed. The rooms are out dated and not sure why any hotel near a beach has carpet in the rooms. Overall, very disappointed in this hotel.

It was good enough but it seemed run down. The bathroom was redone. The furniture seemed cheap. The sheets seemed old and worn. Staff nice. Pretty setting. Breakfast nice option. Wanted to mention that it had a stale smell in the room too.

Exterior of buildings need a bit of work but to be expected with being on water and on a hill but with that being said makes for a stunning view. Interior of room was clean, up to date, and bed was comfy. Also had a very nice perk, you can park in town at sister location for free. Coffee's excellent and continental breakfast had a good assortment of items to pick from. Would definitely recommend.

It was a bit dated but very clean. Helen at the office was very friendly and helpful. Trinidad at the complimentary breakfast was so attentive to our needs a gem. Definitely will be back next year.

The property is amazing and the management is terrific. We love it so much, and have come here year after year. Provincetown is a wonderful place for dogs, and Dune Crest is a perfect example. Location, views, all perfect. Could not recommend it more, especially if dogs are part of your family. We love Dune Crest hotel!

We were in an old room that smelled of dog and body odor. Dogs in each of surrounding rooms. Windows and doors were in disrepair. Staff was friendly and attentive. Continental breakfast and pool were excellent. We did not complain but should have asked for a different room

It's a lovely property, however the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Fresh towels and toilet paper were not replenished on a daily basis. Disaappointing.

Great place. The only minor problem were the sink drains. One had no stopper the other didn’t work. Was a bit worried I’d lose a contact lens down the drain
