"Nice place and nice surroundings. Well positioned for the south east corner of Cornwall. It's not often you go away these days to a self catering cottage and don't get a welcome pack. Even if it's just a pint of milk. But not here. Also, free access to Wi-Fi is now pretty standard, but again not here. A couple of small things that could have made it perfect. "

"The property is cute and very well located to visit Tintagel and Port Isaac. It was immaculately clean and the bathroom had been recently updated. The location is also very quiet and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was that the house is (obviously) very old and it was quite damp inside. It was misty rain for the couple of days we stayed so I am sure that contributed to the dampness."

Andy and Caroline were excellent hosts - we were very grateful for the use of the 4 wheel drive to get us down the track and it was interesting to hear the story of the treehouse. "We arrived late as we had a bad experience at another hotel. We wete greeted with a warm smile and friendly service from the receptionist. The bar staff were so lovely and even though we were just after yhe closing hour they made sure we were fed after our exhausting trip. Accommodation was amazing ample space and facilities, highly recommend and brilliant value for money"
