"We stayed here last year with a slightly larger family group and really liked it. This year was no different. The house was spotlessly clean, and everything worked fine. Beds were comfy. We cooked a few simple meals and it had all of the kitchen gear needed. The location is just a block from Aurora Ave (St Rd 99), so our destinations were always close. Plus nearby Fremont Ave has tons of great restaurants. We plan to return on our next Seattle stay."

"I had oral surgery scheduled for early on a Friday and my son's 17th bday happened to be the same day so I made the best of it and got this house. It was the best!! Right next to but away from all the things. We had such a great stay thank you Ravi!!!"

"This is a nice unit a short drive away to main attractions. It's nicely renovated. It's small but makes good use of the space. It's an older home so you hear your upstairs neighbors, as is typical in a vintage house. The price was right for us and it was a great place to stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and the backyard is amazing. We enjoyed a morning walk on the nearby biking bath and upon return had coffee on the cozy deck at the house enjoying the view of the backyard. Comfortable bed, hot showers, great communication though out with easy access on arrival and during my stay. Super convenient to I5 & Seattle. I loved watching the squirrels from the window over my morning coffee!! Overall a great experience."

"We rented this unit in January of 2024, when Seattle was experiencing a 30 year record cold spell. Temperatures were in the teens. This is a basement unit, and the unit upstairs controls the furnace. Unit was a bit cool (Think 60-65) when we checked in. Called our contact and left message.
