"truly the best hotel experience of my life! this place is SO clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. stayed here for one night and wish i could’ve stayed longer. it was a huge room with everything you need and more. you can tell they are so detail oriented - the bathroom had a vanity kit (thread and nail file), slippers, a dyson airwrap, a loofah, and of course all the standard essentials. they did get me with the mini bar water because i forgot they have fruit water available downstairs but it was fiji water so .. worth it. the drive to the airport is so quick and easy, took me 15 minutes. the only negatives were not even that serious. the rooftop late night events are separate and the cover was $50 for a DJ event. wish there was a discount "

"Having reserved a "suite", I had no idea of the actual size until I got there. Much roomier than other "suites" I had stayed in. It was quite clean and comfortable. Very thankful they had their own secure parking garage, too. The staff attended to our every need promptly. The complimentary breakfast offered most all the same stuff others do, however, this one was better cooked and tastier than the others. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

"The rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and the doors felt extremely unsafe even when locked. The bathrooms kept clogging, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The staff was rude and completely unwelcoming, showing little to no concern for guests. The entire building looked poorly maintained and in bad condition. On top of that, the bed sheets were dirty and had blood stains and other suspicious marks on them, which was honestly disgusting and unacceptable. What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into a stressful and unpleasant experience. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to rest and enjoy your trip, I strongly do NOT recommend staying here. "

"The property was perfect for what we needed. Clean inside and comfortable beds. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. The yard had some garbage and the fence was broken, that would have been a really nice bonus to be able to use that, but over all the stay was great and we would stay again. "
