Our apartment was beautiful! It was very clean and comfortable! We loved the screened in patio. We had our coffee there every morning and relaxed from our busy days in the evening. Our grandchildren loved the pool. It was clean and the water was so clear. The price was incredible. I don’t think I could have gotten a better deal anywhere! I highly recommend this place!

Clean, parking within a few steps, easy entry, very quiet community, many restaurants within 10 minutes or so. Towels, toiletries good. Host left us snacks and water. Very happy with everything.

The posted pics were exactly as described. However, once inside and turned all lights on. The following are what we found in the unit: 1. Carpet to Master bedroom had a filthy spot tracking from door entrance to walk in closet and a bit more to bathroom. 2. The bed sheets had a bloody stain on it, which luckily we always travel with our own sheets, so we placed ours on top of theirs. 3. The 2 bedroom ( where our daughter and grand baby 4 months old slept). Under the bed were candy wrappers and empty chip bags? The only reason we found this was grand baby's pacifier fell under bed and we discovered them. 3. The Master bedroom mattress was atrociuosly awful. Everyday we woke up with lower back pains. It sunk horribly. Other small things too, but when we checked out at 9:00 ish, I sent these observations so owner can make it better for others. I immediately received a reply from a gentleman Oscar that he would send Dan the unit supervisor our complaints and that he would file something and we would see some type of monetary refund and it would take 3 to 5 days. That was 7/11/26. Nothing was refunded. But that's fine when we sent our concerns it wasn't to receive anything itwas to let him know to make it better for others. We did state his unit was beautiful and would go back. So Omar requested to give a 5 star rating. Unfortunately we couldn't give that rating. So our rating remains at a 3. Solely based on the cleanliness bcos unit is beautiful & quiet.
