Took some great walks in the neighborhood area as well as the beach. Was pretty quiet this time of year but perfect weather. Pool area was convenient and laid out very nicely with multiple pool options. One of the towers was being renovated, with scaffolding along the entire beach side so I’m glad we didn’t have a unit there. Lot of noise during the day but I imagine that will be completed in near future. ##### Tim V. You have a beautiful ocean view and access to pools and hot tubs. Beware, management team uses a fraud prevention software. They ask for copy of license, credit card and selfie holding credit card. Then you get another email asking for more info - photo of your signature on paper matching your card and another selfie holding both license and credit card. This was too much for me. We contacted maintenance, and while they could not give us an ETA, they did fix it within two hours - which allowed us time to meet the bartender in the bar downstairs! The following day we noticed the pans and plates were dirty, the TVs did not work with the remotes provided, the shower was either extremely hot or scalding hot - your choice, but it could not be cooled down. Very few drinking glasses - none really if you want to enjoy a glass of wine or a beer. Limited silverware and no dishwasher. I managed to get the TVs working by pulling one off the mount and manually manipulating the controls. The bedroom TV worked with the remote after resetting with the manual controls. On the plus side, maintenance was responsive and probably has many units they were dealing with. The place is nice for two people, and is in a great location. ##### Ken C. The tile was very slippery my elderly parents slipped quite frequently. The kitchen was quite stocked enough with items that we could have used.
