And suitable for 7 friends. However, all of the patio chairs and table were unusable due to disrepair and the lawn was so overgrown it wasn’t comfortable to sit in our yard for our beach view which is why we selected the property. The access path to the beach was very overgrown unlike all the other houses’ access paths. The gas grill was broken and disgusting so we tried to clean it, but still not able to fully clean it. The grill with sufficient gas would not stay lit which ruined our plan for a bbq dinner. The tv on the first floor would not work even with our excellent tech skills. The upstairs living room tv worked but we had a guest with mobility issues so that was problematic. The Wi-Fi password was not available and we had to contact host. ##### Gina L. The description is as it said . Home was clean and it accommodated our family perfectly ! Beach access was amazing and not overly crowded . Very convenient location for groceries & restaurants . The weather was beautiful the house was immaculate and we just had a great time.
