Pelican’s Perch: 3 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and pavilion.

  • Escape to this lovely condo in North Myrtle Beach in the perfect location! This first floor condo with covered parking below, features two cozy bedrooms. There is a king bed in one and a full bed over a queen in the other, plus a sofa bed, in the living room. The condo has Wi-Fi, and two smart TVs including cable. Guests can relax inside, on the rear deck or in the screened porch. There are beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart to make your short walk to the beach a breeze. If you want to get wet, but avoid the waves, just relax at the condo’s pool. Just a few close by attractions include: Barefoot Landing, The Alabama Theater, Greg Rowles Theater, Dolphin Tours, The Casino boat and too many restaurants to name. You’re also walking distance to a golf cart rental company if you choose to do some cruising. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay – we’re happy to suggest more local spots to check out.

This was by far the BEST rental I’ve ever booked. Jack thought of EVERYTHING to have at the condo so you could have a true vacation and not worry about anything. The property was clean, quiet (minus the upstairs neighbors) and fully stocked with all the essentials. From a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, games and puzzles, and beach equipment, this one is a must book again.Jack was very quick to respond and was helpful in figuring out a solution to any problems that arose.
