"We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Clear, detailed, and incredibly helpful, making check-in and our entire stay stress-free.The condo has an A/C unit in the bedroom, which helped keep the space comfortable after spending time in the sun. The location is fantastic, you are literally just steps from the beach, which my family absolutely loved.The property also felt very secure and safe, giving us peace of mind throughout our trip. Having an elevator made bringing luggage up to the unit at the start of our stay convenient. There's also a shop across the street that had all the essentials we needed, making it easy to stock up on anything we needed without having to drive."

"We had a group ranging in age from 4-75 and everyone had a great time. The house is in an ideal location, just a few houses to Mission Beach and across the street from the Bay. The kitchen is well stocked with necessities, the front patio was a fun hang out spot, room in the garage and driveway for parking, and beach equipment. The house and amenities were well thought out for a large group and had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this property!"

"Great little property. Very clean and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Modern and upgraded. Had plenty of provided fabs to keep us cool. Close proximity to the beach, added bonus was the free bike rentals, took full advantage of them. I was able to book last minute and everything went very smoothly. Maintenance staff was checking on the property next door and heard our smoke detector beep came promptly and fixed the issue. Great service! Although parking wasn’t included we made due and were able to find parking a short distance away for the week."

"Right on the beach. Beautiful views. No air conditioning which I understand is normal for California but it did get exceptionally hot at night time. It says it sleeps 6 people but that’s only if someone sleeps on the couch and an uncomfortable trundle bed."

"We had a wonderful family vacation in Mission Beach, and this Airbnb was a great home base. The location was excellent—just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do.One of the biggest perks was the dedicated parking space. Parking in Mission Beach can be challenging, so having an assigned spot was a huge bonus. Our Mazda 3 fit comfortably, but guests with larger SUVs or trucks may want to check the dimensions, as the space could be a tight fit.We stayed in July and found the weather very comfortable. We kept a small fan in the window for a nice ocean breeze and never needed the air conditioning or heat during our entire stay.The host was friendly, responsive, and quick to help when we reached out. We initially found only two towels and two washcloths for three guests, and while there were sheets for the sofa bed, there wasn't a blanket or comforter. After we messaged the host, extra towels, washcloths, and a blanket were brought over promptly, which we really appreciated.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The location, dedicated parking, and responsive host made this a great place to stay, and we'd absolutely book here again. Thank you for helping make our Mission Beach vacation such a memorable one!"
