"The best part of this stay is being just steps from the sand and ocean—it's hard to beat that kind of access. The space had a clean, modern feel and offered a relaxing, luxurious vibe throughout. The owner was friendly and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. The parking spot is a bit tight—we were able to fit our Tesla Model Y, but it does make accessing the washer a bit tricky. Overall, it was a beautiful and comfortable stay, and we’d definitely come back!"

"We had an amazing time at the condo. Mary allowed us to check in early and check out late which was incredibly helpful with our flight schedule. We arrived to a kitchen stocked well, including snacks and cold drinks, plenty of coffee to last our whole trip, and even extra toiletries in the bathroom. We had beach chairs, boogie boards and towels. The location is perfect! Steps away from a few yummy cafe's, a convenience store across the street, and walking distance (less than a mile) to both Belmont one direction and Pacific Beach the other. The beach in front of us was perfect and although right on the boardwalk, did not have any noise issues. The condo stayed cool with keeping the sliders open and fans going. Can't wait to come back!"

"Cute cute cute! Tiny beach house walking distance to Mission and Pacific Beach as well as the Mission Bay and El Carmel marinas. I wouldn’t call it a one bedroom but the space can be sectioned off into two spaces if desired. Coastal decor of blues and yellows. The unit has everything you would need from dishes and linens to shampoo and cleaning products. Parking is a challenge however once that is completed you can walk everywhere. Rental company two doors down has bikes and boards. Restaurants nearby offer great selection and prices. Highly recommend this space. It’s tiny, cute and provided the essentials. Even has beach toys and storage if you have rentals. Really enjoyed our stay. Slept five comfortably with teen kids in the studio-like setting "
