"iki odalı apart rezervasyonu yaptırdık ancak bize 10 dk önce bir başka müşterinin odayı rezerve ettiğini ve iki ayrı oda verebileceğini söyledi. Hatta pişkin pişkin lütfedercesine aynı ücreti alacağını söyledi. Yorulmuş ve sıkılmış iki çocukla başka otel aramamak için kabul ettik. Çocuklar alt katta ebeveynler üst katta kaldık. Çocuklarımız anlayışlı olduğu için büyük bir sorun yaşamadık. Ama sizin verdiğiniz rezervasyonun otel için herhangi bir anlamı yokmuş, biz bu durumdan onu anladık."

"Die Zimmer haben gestunken, durch den Abfluss in der Toilette. Überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert, einfach nur Widerlich. Nie wieder. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich. Das Personal hat 5 Sternen verdient besonders das Mädchen, die morgens und mittags dar war."

"Otel temizdi. 5 kişilik rezervasyonumuzda 4 kişilik yatacak yer vardı. Böyle olunca odamızı değiştirmek yerine 5 euro indirim yaptılar. Fiyat olarak makul ancak Üsküp merkeze yürüyerek yarım saat mesafede. Binanın altında otopark olması güzel bir avantaj."

"I chose Hotel Park in Skopje for its location and solid reviews, but overall our experience was disappointing. On our first night we were given the wrong room. When we tried to enter, someone was already inside and the chain lock stopped us. It was uncomfortable for everyone involved. Reception upgraded us after we reported it, which we appreciated, but this should not happen. The most serious issue was housekeeping removing a bag of my girlfriend’s personal belongings worth $200–300\. We waited 20–30 minutes while management was contacted before the bag was returned. We were told it was mistaken for trash, which made little sense. It was stressful and unacceptable. After housekeeping serviced the room, sparkling drinks in the refrigerator had exploded. Cleaning was inconsistent and items like coffee and tea were not always replenished. Valet service was also concerning. An employee moved items inside the car and reset the odometer. When using valet, you expect your vehicle to remain untouched beyond parking. There was a general sense of disorganization at the front desk that did not inspire confidence. Positives: excellent location, beautiful river view, and a well-equipped gym. Given the repeated operational issues and stress caused, I was not impressed. The hotel has potential, but management needs significant improvement. I will return to Skopje, but I will stay elsewhere next time."
