This hotel has a great location and the staff were extremely helpful. The area is a little noisy at night due to a lively night culture. Recommend bringing a sleep mask and ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper

Front desk staff lady was super friendly and helpful. Gave me a tour of where Id be staying and described all the amenities in detail. Great locationwise. Near to a bunch of stores and restaurants. Walkable distance from the bus station. Would totally book here again.

A good value for money hotel with a great location for the Skopje old town and central area. Super friendly and helpful staff. Modern room with a comfortable bed and decent sized bathroom. Decent breakfast buffet. Only complaints would be that the sound proofing isn't great and the area is noisy (although to be fair, it did quieten down around midnight). Toilet seat was broken in my room. Good parking for a motorcycle, but a tight squeeze for cars.

Wonderful summer visit to Skopje with restful nights at the DeKOKA. The air conditioning and dark curtains provided comfort after long hot days and early sunrises. Breakfast buffet was outstanding! Staff allowed me to store baggage in a locked room while I spent a week in Greece and helped with taxi transport to the airport.

Room was certainly clean and I think I had one that was recently updated Staff were very helpful and friendly. Although there was a jacuzzi in the bathroom, I did not use it,so not able to comment. Great location beside the bazaar. Quiet room. Triple room spacious enough. Only the lightning could have been better. Also the tap in the shower was not working. A note for people who plan hotel rooms: two chairs are needed, as well as a good amount of hangers. And shower area should be closed so that all bathroom floor would not be wet after shower. A dry place in the bathroom is needed where to place your things. More hooks and rails fr drying towels+laundry is always welcome.

This hotel gets 10/10 for location, which is the most important factor. Easy walk to all the sites, you’re right in the middle of everything. Otherwise my room ( an executive spa) was quite entertaining- round bed. Huge jacuzzi which was lovely except it leaks. When the water drains it just bubbles up from the floor drain. The shower has very low pressure and the only lights in the entire place are strands of Christmas lights so you can’t see anything. Room dirty, and in bad repair. However given the location it was a great place to be

A trip to Skopje.

It’s not the first time that I have stayed here and that is the reason to return. A nice hotel. Big and clean in a good location for most Of the attractions in Skopje. I’ll stay here again the next time I return. Staff were very friendly and eager to please with a good command of the English language.

Exceptional Family-Owned Hotel.

This is the best value hotel I've ever stayed at. The breakfast is decent, the location is perfect, and the rooms are spotless. However, the real highlight is the outstanding service from the family who runs the hotel—truly 10/10. The youngest son, Behar, was an incredible guide and a genuinely great person. Highly recommended!
