It is new and with many amenities. I rested and have a great stay. I was able to walk to the places of interest without any problems. Location was ideal, a couple of minutes from the city’s main bus station and a short walk along the river to both the Old and New towns. Apartment had everything I needed and the staff were great and very helpful throughout. My only criticisms would be the blinds in the bedroom which let in a lot of light very early in the morning and the fact only one TV had a remote. Quiet too. Wifi was very fast and the hot water for the shower very good (as long as you turned the heater on a bit before). The area is safe and quiet if a little haphazard by western standards but that’s part of the charm. The team running the apartments were very helpful and checked me in quickly and easily. An easy ten minute walk along the river to the main square and about three minutes to the bus / railway station.
