We had an absolutely fabulous stay at The Homestead. Everything about it is wonderful…. From the location to the beautiful room and breakfast area, but what stood out the most was our lovely friendly host Brit!! Lovely breakfasts, great tips on the area and great to chat to. Attention to detail at the Homestead is spot on. Thank you for everything!!!

The vibe and feel very apt and was spotless rooms very big and well laid out the feel of the whole place was perfect for a couple . Pool private and nice garden area. Food good although on the last day service at lunch not ideal the rest of the stay was brilliant so would go backz

Had an amazing stay. Breakfast was quite basic, but served us well. The room was well catered amd housed everything we needed. Location was great and close to the car ferry. Check out the oysters from accross the way....they are amazing and so fresh. Also had a meal at Alure, next door. Fantastic. Thanks

Beautiful hotel ,staff very efficient and friendly lifts to the rooms were very fast Lovely size room with very comfortable beds ,lovely view over the pool and the lake from the room. Breakfast was not included in our booking but we paid for the breakfast in the hotel which was very filling and varied each morning plenty of coffee available also fresh fruit pancakes and eggs. Nice hotel with parking in a great location

The hotel was clean. The room and outdoor area were very nicely appointed. The outside space has lovely seating areas and a private beach. Great for families. Make sure you bring supplies since there are very few amenities at the hotel including no breakfast (even though they provided plain croissants, without anything to put on them).

A beautiful and very relaxing place to stay. Really appreciated the little touches like a breakfast basket delivered to your doorstep in the morning! Very friendly and helpful staff too. Perfect place for a Long Island getaway!

Lovely condo, set back from the coast but gorgeous sea view. Brilliant covered external seating area which shades form the sun and the rain. Condo was very nicely decorated.

Huge second floor suite. Full size fridge freezer and microwave. Excellent shower. Super comfortable beds. All spotlessly clean. Added bonus of an outdoor pool. Would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

This is a very tastefully decorated B&B in an idyllic location. 6 minute walk to West Beach and near all the famous CT shoreline restaurants and attractions.

Lovely small inn in beautiful settings, traditional but very lovely, clean and cosy, we had amazing dinner in the hotel restaurant, great service, hotel is short stroll to the centre of the village, level mile walk to the beach. Brilliant escape from NYC

We had a very comfortable stay, the staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the garden and river access. It was an easy walk to the beach. We found the common areas inside very quaint, it felt like an olde worlde Grandmas house.
