"Superb grounds, and views over to St Ives and the sea.worthy of stately home gardens. Fabulous building, great food and comfortable room if tired, single glazed, blinds broken and hot water system not up to standard. If sorted it could be 5*. Very steep walk to the beech and town"

We had a lovely room overlooking the sea, with views extending along the coast and over to the ruins of Camelot Castle. the staff are excellent, and as we were leaving, we got the chance to meet Ted, the wonderful artist who lives and paints at the Castle. "We had a wonderful stay st The Pentire Hotel. Staff were wonderful. Bedroom clean and nicely decorated. Food really good. The swimming pool was big and water just right temperature. "
