"Moon Palace was amazing!Fantastic family stay .We absolutely loved it. We traveled with our kids ages 10 and 15 and they loved the pools. The hotel itself was so clean and well-kept, and everything ran efficiently.The food was delicious with great options for everyone. But the staff really made the trip — everyone was fabulous, friendly and helpful. A huge thank you to Rachel Williams, my massage was incredible! Highly recommend for families. We can’t wait to return."

"Over all is good. But compare other RUI I stayed is much better than this hotel. Food was good if you are meet lover..they don't have much fish and not recomend.buffe food are almost same every day. Recomend to seserve restaurant in advance. at least few days before hard to get table. However stake house wasn't that good.. A lot's of enterteiment. Definally you can still enjoy in hotel. Room was clean and stuff is nice."

"It was a nice place, my biggest complaint was the food, a lot of the food was not seasoned at all but other than that it was a nice spot with nice beach access."

"Resort is amazing. Staff are nice and friendly. On check in I paid in cash for dinner on the beach and room decorations. Dinner on the beach was excellent, room decoration was great. On check out they made me pay again for the dinner and decorations stating there was no record of my payment because i paid cash. It was a terrible experience after that situation."
