This listing is in a transitional neighborhood in North Charleston. If you've never been to our city, or if you've never been to a place that is racially and economically diverse, you probably won't like it and we would suggest booking elsewhere. If you have any specific questions about the area just ask! My family has lived and worked in North Charleston for 100 years and we are glad to guide you. Note on Bugs: We have the house professionally maintained, but depending on the season you may see a bug. Joseph was communicative from the day we booked our stay and offered assistance numerous times, even though we didn’t need anything because so much was provided. Check in was easy, WiFi had no issues, and snacks and small toiletries were provided. We have 2 dogs over 50 lbs and it is extremely difficult to find a place to stay that allows more than one pet, or pets over 50 lbs. They had a fenced in yard, provided dog bowls, and rags to wipe their feet. Simply couldn’t have been a better experience- I’d give 10 stars if I could! (There were also lots of games, books, and accommodations for children. You can tell the host does everything they can to be all inclusive). ##### Colin O.
