Take the stress out of your Charleston trip at the Nathalie! Our house has everything you'd expect from a great rental experience and more. +EV charger (Charge Point Home Flex Level 2 Hardwired EV Charing Station) +20 minutes to downtown and 30 minutes to beaches (Sullivan's) +free early check-in (when possible) +free early luggage drop off +professionally cleaned +safe area +impeccably responsive host +friendly cancellation policy +pool access (for extra fee) +pet friendly +chore-less check out The calendar is filling up fast! With our flexible cancellation policy we make booking worry free. The home is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom 1984 square feet house. Huge backyard, screened in porch area and a wood deck on the side with propane grill. This neighborhood is very quiet and is filled with older neighbors and families. Note: This property is close to the airforce base so you may hear the revele in the morning and taps at night. Not super loud but worth mentioning The whole house will be yours Other things to note Pool: Pool and Gym: We have a relationship with a country club through which guests can book day passes. The gym is 14 minutes from the house or 7.1 miles away from the house. Please note: the admission to the club is NOT included in the booking price, bookings must be made in advance, and additional rules may apply. A note on bugs: all our properties are renovated spaces, everything inside is new, and we have our properties treated for bugs on a recurring schedule by professionals. That being said, this is the Deep South, we are below sea level, and when temperatures change you may see a bug. Rest assured it’s a rare occurrence but it’s impossible to make a place 100% bug proof. Keeping doors and windows closed properly is a great step one to avoid this, and if you see anything you can call us, but seeing A bug will not be grounds for a refund. backyard note: the backyard is MOSTLY fenced but not all the way. Large family room, dining room and kitchen all with open floor plan. Some deferred maintenance, but did not detract from our stay. Lots of room to stretch out and the house was very clean. Good water pressure in the showers. Didn’t hear any airplane or dog noises, but we did hear a bugle one morning that sounded like it was waking up a camp nearby. Would stay here again. ##### Gabe W. The only negatives were the nearby Air Force base wake up call every morning and only 1 full size bathroom, but nothing that the owners can help.
