We were wondering why parents of these children allow them to be out after 9:30PM much less casually invite neighbors to hang out with them outside at night. However, it is a new build in a developing area. As someone who does not know anything about the Charleston area, I now know there is a big difference between North Charleston and downtown. Moving forward I now know it’s equally as important to understand the surroundings and neighborhood of the VRBO rentals as it is to review the actual listing itself.
