I think this is the best urban hotel I have ever stayed in. I was in Seattle from Canada meeting friends from England. The Citizen M, Pioneer Square was an oasis of calm, stylish, sumptuous, serenity. I’ve rarely seen such clever thoughtful, innovative, inspiring design outside of Europe. Lovely people, delicious breakfast, awesome atmosphere. I hope very much to stay again soon.

Loved our stay at the Mayflower , all the staff were so helpful and polite . Not overly keen about the surrounding area especially at night time , felt a bit uneasy walking around , thankfully the hotel had wonderful places to eat . Hotel itself was wonderful .

This is a trendy hotel in a vibey neighbourhood with superb staff. We loved the coffee shop and Firn rooftop bar. Spotlessly clean room.
We recommend a meal at 84 Yesler (7 min walk), a fantastic casual fine dining experience.
Unfortunately there were maintenance issues with our room. The AC was broken so the room was too hot, and the sink was clogged. We only stayed one night and arrived pretty late, and were too tired to change room.

We loved staying here for 2 nights. Great location, walking distance of waterfront and Pike Place Market.
Good transport connections: buses and trains.
Nice cafe located next to the hotel.
Cheap shuttle service when we were ready to depart for cruise was nice as we thought we had to arrange taxi.

This is a quirky hotel which has had some very famous visitors.
The standard room we had, at the front of the hotel, was not huge but clean and cosy. The bed was really comfortable too.
Trains (huge freight trains) do run near to the hotel but we didn't find the noise a problem.
We didn't have an evening meal at the hotel but several breakfasts which were delicious.
There weren't many options for vegans but I was able to get soya and oat milk, although some staff were much more "on the...
