Search Hotels with Parking in North Beach

"I booked the MB hotel because of the great reviews I saw. But, boy was I in for a rude awakening! The hotel itself is small, which wasn’t really a problem. Their parking situation is off site or public, but they don’t disclose that to you until you get to the lobby. I tried to reach the front desk many times before approaching to no avail. Finally, I was able to find public parking and made it to the lobby where I was made aware of the offsite parking. Anyways, we check in to our room and it’s extremely small and very basic. We go out to the beach area and ask the attendant for two chairs and he was extremely rude. He was hostile and had an attitude. When I asked why he was treating me this way, he said “it’s too hot!” When I asked for towels he disclosed to me rudely that they’re just a company the hotel rents for beach chairs and that it wasn’t his problem. I go to the pool area to get some towels and I’m met with a sign to go to the lobby. This of course was extremely inconvenient. When I get to the lobby to ask for the towels, I asked for a manager and explained the situation. Humberto, the manager, was kind and listened to my requests. He walked with me back to the beach and made sure I was okay. The beach area doesn’t really have any bar service even though they state that they have “beach bar.” If you want a drink you have to go to the pool bar and then walk back to the beach. The rooms are very outdated and have a certain musky smell to them and found cockroaches "

"This is my second time visiting because of the superb experience from my first visit. However the service was subpar. 1) Very unenthusiastic greeting from receptionist. She merely gave me a key card and pointed to the elevator. We asked for a pool or ocean facing room, but received a construction facing city view. The hotel did not look busy at all to me. 2) Hallways on room floors were hot and muggy. 3) No towels or attendant present at upstairs jacuzzi The hotel was very clean. The grocery store across the street was convenient. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Although I value cleanliness in my lodging, service ranks pretty high for me as well. I’d much rather giving another location my business. "

"Multiple property addresses, blocks away. Does not match receipt. Be prepared to trek with luggages to your actual location. Rooms smell old and moldy. Broken fixures, bad plumming. At least the ac worked. They do not answer calls. But claim to be 24/7. That is dangerous considering your room is no where on the main property. Rude staff, well only one of them. "
