一人宿泊には向いていない。

部屋変更依頼があり返金する旨連絡頂いて了承の返信後完了連絡なし。到着時サイン指示された書類の金額と支払い済み額が違う。聞いてないとの事でコピーした書類を見せ返金。鍵を渡され道路隔てた別棟にと道路まで見送ってもらう。入り口、部屋にB&Bのチェックインアウトの時間や説明防災の案内など文書、表示ない。近所の飲食店の地図のみ。3部屋続きのうち1部屋が夜22時から24時過ぎまで子供の走り回る音と笑い声が止む事なく続き残り1部屋が翌朝5時から出発の大きな音がした。別のお客様云々の張り紙もなかった。チェックアウト時本館に誰もおらずチャイムを鳴らしても返答なく連絡先の携帯も留守番電話のため鍵をポストに入れ留守番電話とホテルズコムのやりとりするページにシステムがわからず申し訳ないがポストに入れておきます。ありがとうございました。と残すも連絡。返信なし。毎年能美根上ー小松に滞在していますがこちらは私には向いていないと勉強しました。残念でした。

大満足です

孫の初節句祝で関東から行きました。 息子のアパートから近いので予約しましたが、アットホームな雰囲気&対応に期待以上の満足感でした。部屋も広く、ユニットバスでしたが深いのでゆったり温まることができました。大満足です。また利用したいと思います。
