I have mobility issues and we had to walk up 34 steep stairs to get to our room every time we wanted to go out and back in you could also not arrive at the front of the hotel in a car so we had to park on the main road and bring our luggage in. We did have help bringing the luggage from the car to the hotel. It should be stated on the website no lift if it is there I missed it."
