The location is in the well known from locals. Short distance of walks to Hoa Lu water river. Same type of breakfasts every morning, but it’s good. Beautiful tourist in the nearby area.

Very clean in all areas. Staff was eager to help with whatever was needed. Manager was available to assist his team at all times. We even saw him working the breakfast buffet! Nice to see him helping his team. I’m sure they appreciate that. All in all a great place to stay and we loved the room! Very modern.

Chambre très sale à mon arrivée. Problème résolu immédiatement. Salle de bains très mal conçue, une véritable piscine. Heureusement personnel au top, notamment Thuy, précieuse pour tous ses conseils et sa gentillesse. Elle se met en quatre pour résoudre vos problèmes. Encore merci à elle.
