Central location of all activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has varieties of food, Vietnamese traditional and western choices. Rooftop bar was a super place to watch fireworks during holidays. In short, no regrets to stay there for our Hanoi visit trip. Thank you the whole hotel team. Keep up the excellent work.

Really enjoyed our stay at Oriental Jade. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Room was clean and comfortable with exceptional aircon! Location was perfect - a short walk to many of the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was delicious, with loads of options. Would definitely stay here again.

this hotel is located in old town so we didn't expect it's new from outside but also old inside too everything in our room were old and out of shape! services and staff are the best of this hotel. I don't think it can be 4 stars as listed. breakfast is just about ok compare to other 4 stars hotels we stayed in VN
