The lobby looked like an airport waiting area since this hotel is popular amongst tourist. Other than that, it’s in a great location and the rooms are more spacious than the average Japanese hotel. "Location was excellent, walkable to a few metro stations. However, the rooms do not have a television and only a projector. We had issues with the projector trying to watch Netflix through our phone. We had to collect our various amenities every night and found this troublesome when we were back each night already carrying our shopping hauls. The staff were not that helpful when we requested for water bottles. Only the male staff from Myanmar was helpful and we appreciate his help. "

"The room was dirty. The carpets were not swept. I dropped a coin on the carpet and bent down to look for it that is when I noticed the carpets were not swept and dirty. The carpet was damage. The wall paper was ripped. The room had so much dust that it was so thick around the shower door frame the light fixture and etc. It was so dusty. The lobby was gorgeous but the rooms were a different story. For it to be an upscale hotel, I would say it was not worth what you paid. "
