Apartment 'Ferienwohnung Strandnähe' with Balcony and Wi-Fi

The vacation apartment "Strandnähe" in Nienhagen has a living room with a folding bed for 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a south-west facing balcony and is therefore suitable for up to 4 people. The apartment is in very good condition and comfortably furnished. Other amenities include WLAN via hotspot, radio, cable TV, CD and DVD player and a washing machine.



The accommodation is 250m from the beach. Bed linen and towels can be provided by the host for a fee.



In the years before 2005 we got to know the Baltic Sea coast in Mecklenburg as particularly attractive and then bought this vacation apartment, which we also like to use ourselves. Otherwise we live in Hesse and are pensioners. We really liked the sea and the ghost forest near Nienhagen. We would be very pleased about your visit and a subsequent evaluation. If something is missing or broken, you are welcome to call us so that we can remedy the situation. Have a nice vacation!



Rather quiet health resort (Ostseebad) with sandy beach and forest area, bike paths, restaurants, bakery, groceries, café, sauna and beach chair rental on site, doctor, public bus service to Bad Doberan and Rostock- Warnemünde. Supermarket 2 km in the direction of Bad Doberan and 2 km in the direction of Warnemünde. Sights in Bad Doberan (cathedral), Rostock, Warnemünde (harbor), Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm, Rerik and Wismar. Molli steam train from Bad Doberan to the coast (Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn).

Kurzer Laufweg bis an die See.

Pros: Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat sich öfter erkundigt ob was benötigt wird, und ob es uns gefällt. Cons: Für gehbehinderte nicht geeignet da kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden und die Treppe zur Unterkunft ist schwierig zu laufen.

Pros: In den Betten konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Außerdem zeigte sich der Gastgeber durch viele Informationen zum Ort und seine Umgebung sehr um uns bemüht. Cons: Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten.

Pros: Eine sehr gemütliche, geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, ruhig. Abends konnten wir auf dem sonnenbeschienen Balkon sitzen und ins Grüne schauen. An die Ostsee sind es keine fünf Minuten, um da den Sonnenuntergang auf einer Bank im Geisterwald zu genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ort ist ruhig, aber absolut zentral gelegen, um mit dem Fahrrad Gegend, Strände und Städte zu erkunden. Wer es nicht trubelig mag, ist hier genau richtig. In der Wohnung gibt es viele Tipps für Ausflüge und alles, was man braucht, um seinen Urlaub zu planen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros: Es ist hier gemütlich und die Wohnung hat einen guten Standard. Wir haben prima geschlafen. Der Balkom ist im Sommer sicherlich schön zum Sitzen, jetzt im Herbst war es dort allerding frisch. Der Strand ist nah dran und Nienhagen ist nicht überlaufen. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann am Strand nach Heiligendamm oder Warnemünde laufen. Alles in allem: Gerne wieder!

Pros: Anne und Klaus sind sehr freundliche und um das Wohl ihrer Gäste besorgte Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist top in Schuss. Wir haben die sehr gut ausgestattete, absolut saubere Küche und den Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne sehr genossen. Ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage. Der Strand und der Ostseeradweg sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen: der Strand westlich von Kühlungsborn beim Landschaftsschutzgebiet Riedensee.

Es ist eine sehr schöne, gemütliche und ruhige Wohnung. Wir haben uns ganz schnell zu Hause gefühlt.

Pros: Es ist eine sehr schöne, gemütliche und ruhige Wohnung. Wir haben uns ganz schnell zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen, aber sicher lässt sich auch mit 3 oder 4 Personen ein schöner Uraub dort verbringen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaubsalltag braucht. WLAN, Fernseher und Radio sind mit den beiliegenden Erläuterungen ruckzuck in Gang gebracht. Der Balkon ist herrlich und war auch Ende September noch gut nutzbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach toll! Man ist auf kürzestem Wege am Strand. Warnemünde, Rostock, Bad Doberan, Heiligendamm, Kühlungsborn, der Bastorfer Leuchtturm und vieles mehr sind hervorragend mit dem Fahrrad (auch mit einem ganz normalen ;-) ) erreichbar. Viele Ausflugstipps findet man auch in den Prospekten, welche in der Wohnung bereit liegen. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung.

Pros: Wir waren im August zum 3. Mal in der Ferienwohnung bei der Familie Reinhard. Die Wohnung ist mit allem gut ausgestattet, was im Urlaubsalltag gebraucht wird. Für Fernseher und WLAN gibt es leicht verständliche Gebrauchsanweisungen. Die Ferienwohnung ist rundum gemütlich und ich kann behaupten, dass sie uns „ans Herz“ gewachsen ist. Meine Familie schätzt diese Wohnung sehr. Zum Strand sind es knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Dort gibt es einen Imbisswagen und auch saubere Toiletten. Die Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung sind nah beieinander und sowohl mit Fahrrädern, Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Familie Reinhard hat viele Prospekte, Reiseführer und Fahrpläne für öffentlichen Busverkehr, etc. eigens dafür in der Wohnung bereitgelegt. Bei Vertragsschließung gibt es schon Tipps für die Ferienwohnung, Ärzte und Geschäfte in und um Nienhagen. Meine Familie und ich können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
