Neighbors:  
(We have several neighbors nearby. I ask that you keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, as they may call the police. I really want to avoid that.)  
  
For your safety: Please do not cross the tracks! ❗️❗️  
  
Kitchen:  
\- You are welcome to use the kitchen appliances, but please help keep the house clean and put everything back in its place.  
\- Please dispose of food scraps in the provided bins on the kitchen floor.  
  
Bathroom:  
Please close the shower curtains securely to prevent water from leaking out, and open the window after showering to let the steam escape. ✌️🙏  
  
Note: I recommend using the hot water. If five people are bathing at the same time, each person can only bathe for five minutes and then has to wait approximately two hours until hot water is available again.  
  
Check-out:  
\- Please dispose of glass bottles, plastic bottles, and cans separately in the green bins on the balcony. You can access the outside through the door to the laundry room (use the same key).  
\- Please dispose of general waste in the black bin in the parking lot.  
\- Don\`t forget to turn off the lights in the house, lock the door, and return the key to the key box.
