  • Sublime apartment located on Avenue Jean Medecin in the hyper center of Nice 20M from Place Massena can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child of 2 years old max.
    This beautiful and very quiet apartment has 2 bedrooms suites, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and 2 sinks.1 separate toillet
    A large living room of 55m2 very bright with fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and a nice dining area.
    In one of the bedrooms there has a real wooden cota free parking space with your stay; This space is located in the parking lot of the Nice Etoile shopping center 6 minutes walk
    The accommodation is 16 minutes from the train station (Nice city), 6 minutes from the tramway line 2 direct airport.
    Laure Our local agent will welcome you between 3pm and 7.15pm, outside these hours please consult the house rules as there are supplements for late receptions as well as for departures before 8.15am
