The apartment is very nice and affords a beautiful sea view from the balcony. It’s got a well appointed kitchen and beach mats and chairs to enjoy the beach across the street. The tram stop to the airport and to Old Town is just around the corner and several market options are nearby. The owner is a delightful lady and very accommodating. The studio apartment is ideally positioned for the beach and for travelling around by bus and tram. Good local shops include a traditional fresh pasta one. Our host was so wonderful and very accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was in order, clean and well equipped for our needs. Check in is easy; using the tram is easy. There are great restaurants in the neighborhood and grocery stores a few minutes' walk away. The hosts are easy to reach and very helpful. It's a wonderful stay for the price. The views are spectacular. The building is a little worn, but the apartment itself is nice. We did not spend a lot of time in the room. They have everything you need in the apartment, including chairs, beach towels and an umbrella for the beach, a washing machine should you need it and we were greeted with champagne and a lovely tour of the apartment when we arrived. Worth mentioning, the water pressure in the shower was so nice! Valerie was so kind to continue to give us suggestions when we reached out for taxi services during our stay. Very responsive and very sweet. There is a bus stop directly in front of the apartment and the tram runs behind the building with a stop just about a block away. We had a car but often opted to hop on the tram for convenience to get into downtown! What a wonderful stay, oh and did I mention the view? It was breathtaking. Our stay was wonderful and the hosts were so hospitable. Highly recommend this piece of paradise! Thank you for sharing it! ##### LEILA B. The apartment is even better than it looks in photos, and our host, Valérie, was so kind. The location is perfect, only a 2-3 minute walk from the nearest tram station and about 30 seconds from a convenient bus stop that both take about 15 minutes to reach the city. We loved being able to see the beach and coastline from the balcony, and it was a wonderful home base for exploring Nice and neighboring areas. If you are going to Nice, absolutely book this apartment if it is available. ##### Madison W. My husband and I were delighted with the location and the apartment. The view was amazing, the AC was cold and the beach and bike paths are tremendous.
