Beautiful apartment 75sq.mts in mezzanine floor .Sea view in the famous Promenade des Anglais. Central and, high quality building, just a few minutes walk from the Negresco.  
The spacious kitchen, panoramic view of the beachfront.  
very well equipped with table and chairs for 4 or 5 with exceptional sea view has direct access to a beautiful private garden  
The garden is equipped with two very comfortable beach beds,  
table with four or five chairs for dining, sun umbrella  
and a trunk, full of various things for the beach  
When you will have breakfast or dinner, you will enjoy a magnificent sea view of Cap Ferrat , Isles de Lerins and cruise ships  
 Train station 15 minutes walk. :  
20 min to Cannes, 30 min to Monaco, 20 min to Antibes, 35 min to Italian border. Broadband internet connection.  
Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe.  
Bathroom with shower, bidet and washing bowel with built in furniture and large mirror
