  • URBAN SUN is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a terrace facing south. It is located in the city center, in the "Carré D'Or" ("Golden Square"), a few steps from the sea and the pedestrian zone.

    You will be in the heart of urban life but will be away from the hustle and bustle of the city being on the courtyard side.



    You will be seduced by the atypical side of the apartment, hidden in a sunny and full of life courtyard.

Super central location

Really enjoyed our week’s stay in this very comfortable well appointed and centrally located apartment. Loved the easy check in and out via key box and app which makes that very relaxed. Few minutes to the beach, lovely bakeries & deli’s, great shopping and restaurants with so many transport options in this beautiful city. Everything was good thanks and we gave any needed feedback through the app on arrival. It’s great to have the terrace but maybe an umbrella, and having mats / beach umbrella to borrow and some guide books would be good. We’ve stayed in Nice a few times so that didn’t matter to us. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great Location and value for money

Location is perfect. Close to shops, bars, restaurants, beach etc. Very quite Airconditioning Washing Machine Comfortable beds The sunny courtyard lacks green plants and there little shade on hot days. A garden umbrella and stand would go a long way on hot days.

Die Dachterasse und Veranda hat uns sehr gefallen. Ebenso war die Lage in Nizza sehr zentral und direkt am Meer. Die Wohnung an sich ist in echt veralteter als auf den Fotos, aber funktionsfähig. Z.T. fallen Steckdosen aus der Wand und auf Polstern (Stühle, Sofa) sind Flecken und Brandlöcher. Uns haben Kleiderhaken im Wohnbereich und insb. im Bad gefehlt. Die Küchenausstattung hat besonders zu wünschen übrig gelassen, Salz, Pfeffer und Öl gehören unserer Meinung nach zur Grundausstattung dazu. Geschirr & Besteck war teilweise dreckig & musste durch uns gereinigt werden. Schneidemesser sind bereits verstumpft. Den Vogel abgeschossen hat aber die riesige Kakerlake, die wir an unserem vorletzten Abend im Schlafzimmer rumkrabbeln haben sehen.
