Welcome at L'ANCRE is a beautiful fully air-conditioned one bedroom apartment. It has an ideal location in the Port, emblematic district of Nice. In a few minutes of walking you will be in the Old Nice or on the Place Du Pin (trendy district of Nice).



The apartment has a modern decoration. The white walls and furniture give a sleek look and accentuate the brightness of the apartment. The decorative cushions, the rope suspensions of the bedroom and the decorative objects draw a soft atmosphere ideal to rest in all serenity.



The apartment is on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator.

Convenient but not warm or personal:

The write up is misleading. The Conciege office is not a 9 minute walk from the tram, more like 15 minute. The use of “personal products” to describe the things that a guest must provide is inaccurate. I do not think that trash bag liners, toilet tissue, and paper towels to clean with are personal products. Towels were abundant but very thin, carpets non-existent. With a little more attention to details it could have had a much higher rating. Location was very good. Michèle J

Bel apartment

L’appartement est très bien situé dans une belle voisinage. Le pièce est joli et très joliment meublé. Malgré le bâtiment est vielle et il y a des difficultés avec la porte principale. Réparer le port principal. C’était tellement difficile à ouvrir. Aussi, il n’y a pas d’information concernant où déposer les poubelles.
