Lots of fans and an AC. Just steps from the beach and a short walk to the train station for day trips. Very easy to get across the city by foot. Apartment is well equipped. I thought it might be noisy with a hostel in the same building, but I hardly heard a peep. Lovely place in a great location. It's close to the water and a short walk to the tram or the train station. Lots of nice restaurants in the pedestrian area around the corner, and it's very handy to have the grocery store just downstairs. The apartment itself is perfect for one or two people, nice and clean, and the shower is large by French standards. Great views, and although the street noise can be a bit much at times, the windows do a great job of blocking sound. I would recommend for sure.
