Luxury villa apartment with panoramic sea views and small private garden

  • This spacious apartment is situated on the cliffs of the famous Mont Boron Mountain, Cap de Nice on the east side of Nice. The apartment 'hangs' over the cliff and affords stunning views from all rooms over the Mediterranean, from the lighthouse in Villefranche to the coastline of Nice all the way to Antibes. The apartment has two master bedrooms each with high quality double beds, linens and air conditioning. The large air conditioned lounge opens on to a 30 metre terrace and small garden. The fully equipped kitchen is open-plan to the dining area seating 8 and looks on to the comfortable lounge with a smart tv. A private elevator and 3 flights of steps take you to street level from where you can walk to the beach or town with reliable bus services in either direction.
    This peaceful location is perfect for enjoying the city, beaches, the mountains and most of all the stunning views of the Mediterranean. A perfect rental.
