- Welcome to our charming one-room apartment located on the ground floor of a quiet house right in the heart of Nice. This haven of peace has a spacious living room with a 1.6m sofa bed, as comfortable as a classic bed thanks to its thick mattress, and a bedroom with a 1.4m double bed. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Guests can enjoy a communal terrace, ideal for barbecuing, as well as a free communal laundry room. The apartment is very cool even on hot days, and it is equipped with a fan and mobile air conditioning.
For those coming by car, free parking is available on the street. The location is ideal for exploring Nice, with the Old Town, the Promenade des Anglais and the Colline du Château just a 20-minute walk away. The L1 tram station is only a 6-minute walk away, and we are a stone's throw from the Novotel Nice Centre hotel.
