La chambre est très sympa et très propre cependant un petit frigo aurait été un plus et le lavabo n'est pas pratique pour des enfants. Mention spécial pour tout le personnel de l'hôtel qui ont été plus qu'adorables. Merci aux serveuses du restaurant qui se sont hyper bien occupées de ma petite Maïwen. A très vite!

Although I did check in quite late on, and checkout pretty early; I very much enjoyed the limited amount of time I stayed here. I was in one of the Suites for the night, and I slept so soundly. Soundproofing wasn’t great, and there was a bit of noise from others in the hallways but it didn’t disturb me at all. After a long day travelling, the first shower I had after checking in was ethereal! Transport to the airport was incredibly easy and began one minute walk from the front door of the hotel. If/ when I am back in Nice, I will likely stay here again!

La moquette de ma chambre comportait des tâches, il y avait une odeur désagréable qui ne disparaît pas malgré l'aération de la chambre. La salle d'eau était vraiment trop exiguë, vraiment pas pratique, pommeau de douche fixe, ouverture de la porte dans le bac de douche, sèche cheveux empiétant sur le (petit) lavabo. Heureusement je ne suis resté qu'une seule nuit .

Very small room by North American standards although there are so many sights to see in Nice that you’ll spend very little time in the hotel which was otherwise next to LRT with excellent transportation and nice area, market opposite hotel open daily. Excellent choice to stay.

Unprofessional staff and very poor service

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. The room was fine, comfortable bed, but everything else ruined our stay. We arrived at 11:30 pm and since there was no minibar, asked at reception for drinks. They sent us to the rooftop bar but staff rudely said it was closed even though people were being served. Only after insisting did they agree, but only if we paid cash. They refused to charge it to the room, unacceptable for a hotel. Drinks were mediocre. Next morning I asked for an iron. The first one was broken, the second one taped together with a burnt plate that ruined one of my dresses. Still, they said that’s all they had, demanded a €20 deposit “in case we stole it,” and I had to carry both iron and board upstairs myself. Housekeeping also ignored the “Do Not Disturb” sign, entered anyway, moved our belongings and threw away items we still needed! Clearly an invasion of privacy. At checkout, I said I’d left the iron in the room as we had luggage. Instead of helping, reception mocked us in front of other guests, even joking we had packed the iron and laughed when I mentioned the ruined dress. When paying city tax, they simply kept the remaining change from my deposit without apology. Toilets near the lobby and breakfast area smelled awful, breakfast space was chaotic with people changing clothes and bags everywhere. Overall, staff were rude, unprofessional and arrogant. Service was far below expectations. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher, einfach weil es so gut gelegen ist und das Personal so lieb ist. Besonders der Amin von der Rezeption. Klar ist es etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das merkt man besonders im Badezimmer. Dort hat uns leider auch ein Hocker für eine Ablage der Kleidung gefehlt. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer ziemlich klein, doch total gemütlich und für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Das Bett ist super bequem 😃 auch gibts mehrere Kissen zur Auswahl. Die Lage ist halt super, direkt die Tram vor der Türe, einen Supermarkt, viele Geschäfte, den Markt und zu Fuß zum Strand 20 Minuten. Besonders muss ich auch noch das Frühstück erwähnen, es gibt jeden Morgen einen neuen Kuchen zur Auswahl und typische französische Backwaren. Eierspeisen wurden vor Ort direkt nach Wunsch zubereitet. Das ist wirklich top! Außerdem hatten wir unser Zimmer in den höheren Etagen, es war ruhig, mit Blick Richtung Innenhof. Der Ausblick zum Hof ist so französisch und freut uns immer wieder aufs Neue. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall 😃 wer wie wir viel unterwegs ist und hauptsächlich zum Schlafen im Hotel ist, dann ist es nur zu empfehlen. Durch die Lage bist du überall in wenigen Minuten und hast ein Hotel in dem Herzlichkeit, Freundlichkeit sowie Hilfsbereitschaft an aller erster Stelle steht 😃 Ps: wir kommen nächsten Sommer wieder
