This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais—literally just a few steps from the beach. <br>The apartment features a large living/dining room with an open kitchen, as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large terrace. The interior has a stylish yet casual vibe. <br>The spacious terrace faces the sea and gets sun (almost) all day.<br>It’s a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute tram ride to the city centre.<br>Welcome!<br>This tasteful, exceptional apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2022. It features a large living/dining room with an open kitchen, as well as two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large terrace. <br><br>The ceilings are nearly 3.00 m high. The stucco is white, and the walls are painted a light gray-beige, giving the rooms an elegant yet cosy atmosphere. Surfaces in contrasting colours—shades of green, blue, and various shades of red (“Fifty Shades of Red”)—add modern accents. The interior blends old and new, classic and modern, art and kitsch. The result is a casual, unique, and above all cosy home. The living room, in particular, combines antiques with modern furniture.<br><br>The living room offers a magnificent view of the sea through its two wide, floor-to-ceiling doors leading to the large balcony—incredibly beautiful! The interior is stylish, unique, and exudes comfort and harmony thanks to the chosen colour palette.<br><br>The kitchen is dark grey with a beige worktop chosen to complement the oak parquet flooring. It is very well equipped, featuring a cooktop with an integrated range hood (Bora), an oven (Miele), a dishwasher (Miele), and an ice maker. In addition, the kitchen offers almost everything from numerous kitchen utensils to three sets of dishes. Obviously, we love to cook and eat...<br><br>One bedroom is decorated in green and has an en-suite bathroom. The bedding is high-quality organic percale cotton, which is very comfortable and soft to the touch (hotel quality). The other bedroom, the guest room, is also equipped with a double bed. Of course, we’ve chosen the same high-quality bedding here as well. The guest bathroom is right next door. <br>Both bathrooms have a rain shower.<br><br>The balcony is a bit more than 16 m² and is furnished with a dining table, chairs, a bench, and a couch (beach shell). From there, you have an incredibly beautiful view of the city, the Promenade des Anglais, and the sea.<br><br>The entire apartment has good Wi-Fi coverage. Internet access with speeds of up to 500 Mbit, network jacks in every room, and a smart TV ensure access to the latest media and efficient work from home.<br><br>Thanks to the washing machine and dryer, the apartment is also well-suited for longer stays. The central air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures in all rooms during the summer. Thanks to the well-insulated windows and central heating with elegant panel radiators, the apartment stays comfortably warm in the winter.<br><br>The apartment is ideal for two to four guests. Bienvenue!<br><br>The tram line (No. 2), which connects the airport, the city centre, and the port, among other places, is just a 1-minute walk away—at the “Magnan” station. From there, it takes 5 minutes by tram to reach the city centre.<br>A bike rental station (Vélo Bleu) and an electric car hire station are also just 1 minute away. The bus stop for several bus lines running between the airport, the city centre, and the train station is 1 minute away. Upon arrival, it takes less than half an hour by public transport from the baggage claim area to the apartment’s doorstep.
