Cosy and spacious 3p, nice view, town center, Wifi, AC, close to the sea

  • This family accommodation is close to all sites and amenities. It is located in the city centre of Nice in a very lively area. You will find many restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. Possibility to do everything on foot or by bike. Tram stop the street behind the building. Very bright and spacious apartment with a nice view of the new gardens of Nice.
    It consists of two large bedrooms with large placards.La master bedroom gives access to the bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a large living room with an extra sofa bed for two people. A fully equipped open kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, hob...).
    It is located on the 4th floor without lift. The windows are double glazed. Wifi is present throughout the apartment, heating and air conditioning as well.
    Very close to the Bonaparte district nicknamed "Le Petit Marais", close to Old Nice and the sea as well.
