An air-conditioned villa that's perfect for relaxing, yet close to all seaside activities and shops.

Comfortable 4-bedroom house.
Our villa is ideally located between Nice and Cannes, near Antibes and close to the port of Marina Baie des Anges and the Vaugrenier woods.
2 km from the Cagnes / Mer racecourse.
1 km from Vaugrenier park (walking, mountain biking, running, picnics, etc.).
3 km from Marineland, leisure park, mini-golf.
5 km from Biot golf course
850 m from the train station and beaches
600 m from the Baie des Anges Marina
Close to motorway access
Very well maintained villa with quality fittings:
Ground floor:
Living/dining room opening onto terrace and garden
Open-plan fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.
Shower room with wc
Study, children's playroom or bedroom with sofa bed (130x190)
First floor:
2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200), 1 with TV
1 bedroom with double bed (140x190)
1 bathroom with WC
Outside: - garden - 2 large terraces not overlooked - summer kitchen - garden furniture - parasol - garden table for 8 people - 2 deckchairs - 2 free private parking spaces
Marina Baie des Anges and its marina are a 5-minute walk away: you'll also find a thalassotherapy centre on the Marina harbour: Thalassoleil.
Halfway between Nice and Cannes and within easy reach of Antibes and Cagnes sur Mer with its old village and racecourse. Ideally situated for visiting the Côte d'Azur: Nice, Cannes, St Tropez, Monaco, St Paul de Vence, Menton,... and all the little villages in the hinterland.
The ski resorts of the Southern Alps are around 1? hours away in winter: Isola 2000, Auron, Valberg, etc.
Italy is also very close: around 50 km. Ventimiglia market every Friday and San Remo market every Saturday.
The house is ideally equipped for 6 people. No one additional to that accepted at the time of booking will be allowed in the house.
Only small dogs are accepted on request.
Non-smoking house.
An ideal location for a peaceful holiday close to everything.
