A colorful apartment with a beautiful sea view and a balcony You'll find this apartment on the top floor after climbing up the narrow stairs common in houses in the Old Town. It is decorated colourfully with many fun details. The loft has a double bed (140 cm) and a television. The living room has one sofa bed (90×190 cm), a coffee table, an AC, and several seating opportunities. You have a direct entrance to a beautiful big balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and Cap Ferrat. On the same floor, there is a kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The street Baron de Brès is conveniently close to the beach, shops, markets, and restaurants. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars within a few footsteps of the front door and yet it is not noisy at night. The property was very clean . Train station close, excellent for exploring local areas from Monaco to Cannes I found out there were lots of stairs … cars can’t reach the door so expect a walk up or down (depending where your dropped) with luggage for about 3 - 5 minutes and then up more stairs to the top floor. Which is very much worth it. The neighbourhood is vibrant with restaurants and a supermarket close by. Can get a bit noisy in the evenings (even Sunday and Monday!) with happy diners often around till midnight.
