The apartment (32 m²) was completely renovated in 2015 and is located on a high floor in a luxury building. It has a sea view balcony perpendicular to the Promenade, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room. Each room has its television / WIFI connection. The tram takes you to city center in about 5-7 minutes. We had a very lovely stay ( July, 9 days). For those who are sensitive to noice: you can hear the tram passing by quite well and the road between the apt building and beach is very very busy, from early morning until late evening. Wir haben ihn vom kleinen Balkon Tag für Tag genossen. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und auch in der Einrichtung gut durchdacht. Den Verkehr hört man bei geöffneten Fenstern oder Türen ziemlich. Wenn sie geschlossen sind allerdings kaum. In der Nähe ist ein Parkhaus, das pro Woche derzeit ( 9/22) rund 92 EUR kostet. Lovely sea views from the balcony and only a one minute walk to the tram and three quick tram stops to all of the hot spots (and more congested spots) of Nice. If you' like walking, it's a gorgeous twenty five minute max walk along the water to Plaza Rossini and about two thousand restaurants in Old Town. You will be in the Magnon neighborhood, which is very safe, but not as old world French looking as other areas. However, there's an excellent restaurant less than a minute's walk away, plus a nice Casino grocery store, and a bakery that will have you searching for roomier pants. Claire's place is a very sold value for the price at a prime location that's literally right across the street from the gorgeous Mediterranean. ##### Dave W.
