"Our stay was fantastic in this newly developed neighborhood. The house was extremely clean, linens were provided which was great, and everything else needed was also provided. The location was in great proximity to Niagara Falls, Clifton Hills, and shopping centers or restaurants. You can tell the house was a new build given other new homes being built in the development. We were treated with a lovely note from the homeowner to reach out personally if there were any problems. My family enjoyed...

"This name of this property is spot on! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do! Yet it was far enough from everything that the neighborhood was nice and quiet! It was nice to leave our car parked for a few days! We were a family of six adults. The house was a perfect fit for all of us. We had plenty of space. We enjoyed the backyard as well. The beds were very comfortable. Property was very well maintained . We would highly recommend this proptery!"

"We loved that the property was located in a cul de sac because we took nightly walks before we relaxed for the evening. The area wasn’t far from the Falls and restaurants but it wasn’t in the busyness of the city. The place was large enough for many people (3 beds/2.5baths) with garage for our vehicle. The host had waters and other drinks ready for us. Place was very clean."

"This property is very "central" to many different activities. The home is very comfortable to stay in. We had 5 ladies spend 2 nights and everyone was pleased with their stay. I saw a few reviews complain about traffic, personally i didnt think it was that worrisome. Neighbourhood is very quiet. Would definetly stay here again, especially during nicer weather to take advantage of the back yard! A suggestion/comment - dont shut the "master bedroom" door all tbe way, as we did get...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We couldn't figure out how to open the garage door, but maybe that was on purpose. The pictures online were accurate. The TV had access to streaming services which was good. Full working kitchen. Bidets on the toilets. Very good."

"Upon arrival the first thing i noticed was how clean the location was. Everything was profided, even some juice and water in the mini fridge :) the location was great! Close to walk most places, but also away from the hussle and bussle. I had such a great time enjoying the sites and beautiful falls. "House is wonderful but quite a walk from the falls. General cleanliness excellent. There was just the cutting board in the kitchen that hadn’t been cleaned. Used birthday candles and what looked like black mouse droppings were left on it. All else was clean. We enjoyed our stay."
