Great stay - house was perfect for our group. Location was a great commute to and from the Clifton Hill area. Could see the fireworks every night from the small office area off of the primary bedroom. Would definitely stay again for another trip to Niagara.

Excellent! Very clean, and very accomodating. I called late at night to ask for extra sheets and the cleaner came up to help us. I called the host several times and she was so helpful. It's very close to the Falls, a great place for a vacation. Everyone in my family had nothing but great things to say. I'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent home stay

The house was very clean and comfortable. It had a fully equipped kitchen except we couldn’t find any tea towels to dry dishes with. We enjoyed our stay very much, the young adults in our group walked down to the tourist strip both nights.

Very nice location and house. Plenty of room for our family. We could walk to Clifton Hill or the falls, or we drove to Whirlpool Aerocar for free parking and took the WeGo bus. A minor detail as you are choosing a house: We visited during a very hot time of summer, and the loft bedroom was very hot. In other times of year, it would be lovely. The rest of the house was air conditioned and nice.

Charming home close to Clifton Hill

We stayed for 2 nights and loved it. The house is a very large and spacious historical home that is fully renovated yet charming. Walking distance to Clifton Hill yet far enough away for a quiet stay. Host and her team were fantastic. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect Stay just minutes away

The house is well within walking distance of the falls. And at night you can enjoy the fireworks from the front porch or the sun room upstairs. Definitely a plus to stay away from the crowds. The inside is really nice and perfect layout. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in town.

Lavena's place is very comfy and spacious for two families' stay. Location is in 10-15 minutes of walking distance to Cligton Hill attractions, and close to many restaurant options. Kitchen had all necessary utensils for light cooking. Lavena was quick to respond.

Perfect location

The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated. The home is in walking distance to the entertainment area/Niagara Falls encampment. We felt safe coming and going. We could sit on the porch and see the fireworks nightly. I would definitely rent this place again and again.

Cozy Bachelorette Weekend

We celebrated my sisters bachelorette in Niagara on the lake and this home was our resting place and downtime. Cute environment. 10/15 ish mins walk away from the falls, beautiful view of the fireworks at night. A very clean little home :) I would definitely rebook here for a weekend away.
