Experience serenity in a tranquil (2) two spacious private rooms on the upper floor of a quiet bungalow. Enjoy a peaceful stay. Your booking includes exclusive use of the entire upper floor, so you will not share the space with other guests. Convenient amenities include on-site parking, kitchen access, and laundry facilities.

Garden and Gazebo
Relax in the garden and enjoy quiet conversations or outdoor dining in the charming gazebo. The gazebo includes Wi-Fi and power outlets, making it convenient for charging electronics, using a CD player, or enjoying your favourite music. Please bring your own favorite CDs. CD player is available upon request at the Gazebo.
Dine beside the fireplace, (not on rainy day) in the Gazebo.

• Shaded Garden Seat:
Find respite beneath a large tree, where a comfortable garden seat awaits, offering a haven during hot summer days.
Breathe the clean air in a large lot under a tree while the leaves clap, inviting you to relax on Sun lounges!! Breathe the fresh air!! Relax!!

Swimming Pool
The pool is open for the season. Please note that it is not heated, but as the Niagara Falls weather gets warmer, the pool water naturally becomes more comfortable. The shallow end is clearly marked with floaters and is perfect for enjoying with kids splashing water for hours, transforming your vacation into a fun-filled oasis for all.
Soothe your tired muscles in the refreshing swimming pool, an excellent way to unwind after a long day of tours at the Falls.

"Early to bed and early to rise makes and man healthy, wealthy and wise". Start your day with a peaceful walk through the garden, then relax beside the pool and enjoy the quiet early-morning atmosphere.

The space

Room 1: Pool View
This room includes one queen bed for one or two guests, one double bed suitable for one or two children, and a double air mattress with a microfiber sheet available upon request.
Guests also have access to a five-piece bathroom, a wardrobe, and a clothes rack with extra space for children’s clothing.
The room is easy to access through the private entrance and hallway, with only four steps leading up to the room.

Kitchen and Dining Access
Guests have access to convenient kitchen amenities, including a microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, and toaster. For safety reasons, cooking methods such as deep frying are not permitted; please use the air fryer instead. A dining area is available, along with cabinets stocked with cutlery and crockery.
Enjoy your coffee, breakfast, or dinner in the gazebo while taking in the peaceful view beside the still waters.

Room 2: Garden, Gazebo, and Pool Views
Room 2 includes one queen bed, one twin bed, cabinet space for clothing, a clothing rack, and a mini fridge. Sliding doors open directly to the gazebo, and guests can access the room from the deck, with seven steps leading down to the garden.

Booking Details
Your booking includes the entire upper floor, which sleeps 7 to 9 guests. Please contact the hosts to confirm availability. Please, check the weather conditions at Niagara falls before booking to ensure you have fun in the pool! This pool is NOT a heated pool.

Children and Amenities
Please let the hosts know the ages of any children who will be staying. A crib is not available on site.
Kids must have proper garden shoes. Can not play without shoes.
This is a fully fenced property.

Kids sports:
Badminton racks for kids, pool balls, pool noodles and floaters, kids' fun toys such as water guns are available. Pool Noodles for Kids, Hollow Foam Pool Swim Noodles, Lightweight, Floaters, for kids. Please bring your own Eye goggles for a better fit. No swimsuits are available at site. Kids must have proper garden shoes.
In case of any injury, we do not take liability.
Kids will not be allowed to play around the outdoor fireplace, for safety reasons.

Restrictions using the premises:
Garden sandals/ shoes are NOT allowed inside the house for hygienic reasons. Please cooperate.

Pool Rules and Glass Safety
Before entering the pool area, guests must confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to follow all posted pool rules. For safety reasons, glass is strictly prohibited in the pool area and on the pool platform. Please do not bring drinking glasses, glass jars, whisky or wine bottles, or any other glass items near the pool, as broken glass can create a serious safety hazard. Eyeglasses should also not be worn in the pool; guests may use the goggles provided instead. Thank you for your cooperation.

Pool Supervision and Safety
Swim at Your Own Risk
There is no lifeguard on site, and guests use the pool at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any injury, accident, or incident that may occur in or around the pool.

Children and Adult Supervision
Children over 6 years old may use the pool only when accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. All children must be supervised in the pool at all times, and supervising adults must be able to swim.

Pool Toys and Equipment
Pool noodles, floaters, and children’s pool toys are available in the provided bins.
Pool hours are posted on the pool fence. The pool is kept locked outside pool hours for maintenance. We appreciate your corporation.
Diving is prohibited. The deep end is only 6.6 feet.
No sick children are allowed in the pool.
No pets are allowed. No infants in the pool area, for your safety. No children under 10 are allowed to play in the pool or on the deck. No gaming. Parents must be with children in the pool. Please cooperate. The host does not take responsibility for any accidents or injuries.

Pool structure:
Residential pool 40 feet in length x 16 feet width. The deep end is 6.6 feet. (80")
Shallow end of the pool has a depth of 3.2 feet. A 6-year-old average height child (42" (3.5 feet) - 49") would be able to keep his feet down.
Slope changes to 5.1 feet (to a length of 3 feet), thereafter drops to 6.6 feet
A 12-year-old swimmer ( 4.9 ') should be able to manage. However, parents presence in the pool is a MUST. The host kindly requests you to take care of your kids in the pool. NO lifeguard on site.

Only adult swimmers are allowed to go to the deep end. In case of any injury, during your stay in this property we do not take liability.

Transportation tips:
Bus stop is behind the house to travel to UNF, Walmart, Drochester-Morrison hub where number of bus routes are available to go to the Falls, Casino, restaurants, Niagara outlet malls etc, which will take you within 15 - 20 minutes.
The Go bus /train terminal is only 15 minutes away. You can take a GO bus/train to Toronto or any part of Ontario.
Plan to save on your car rentals. A dedicated transport provider is available. Meet up with Bronson Travel guide with 6 seater van.
Parking and storage
Your safety is our priority. This is a safe location. However, we encourage you not to keep any valuable stuff in the car overnight.
We have a shed to keep your bikes and sport items. A padlock will be provided. Please call the host prior to using the shed. You will keep at your own risk.

Winter stay:
The owner arranges for snow removal and ensures adequate salt is sprinkled on the driveway. However, we take no responsibility if snow/ ice builds overnight and if you fall and slip at the property. This property is located in a safe area.

Liability Waiver
By booking the upper floor, guests acknowledge and accept the property terms. Guests agree to release the owner, co-host, and host from liability for any injury, accident, slip, fall, or other incident that may occur on the property, including in the swimming pool, garden, or other outdoor areas.
