My stay at Boutique At The Falls was good. The property is definitely one of those where the exterior doesn't always reflect the beauty that is inside. The host is friendly and communicated with me effectively. During check-in and when I requested but left me alone otherwise. You will here noise during your stay from neighbors behind you. Nothing loud or obnoxious but something to be aware of it's sounds so close sometimes from their doors opening or going up or down the stairs you would swear someone is inside your rental (just keep that in mind.) Again not meant to scare just to make others aware. As for property cleaning inside was clean overall but there a few fruit flies or gnats spiders in places when I was there. Also the thermostat was set at 68 when I visit in September, not a drawback depending on if you like it cold at night. I don't like it that cold but imagine you can just ask the host if you can turn the thermostat up. Overall it's a nice place that is a great stay just hoping the upkeep is maintained and the property would be gold

Great house.

This is a beautiful home which is close to the falls. It has a really nice front porch for sitting. Before you find ourselves back in Niagara we will stay here.

Great Spot

We recently spent three nights here and had a great stay overall. It’s very conveniently located to all attractions, even walkable although we always opted to drive to help offset all the walking we were doing at the falls area. The house is very chic with comfy beds and a lot of amenities. We did not cook or really use the kitchen much so I can’t speak to that but it certainly looked like they had everything you would need. The house was clean but could probably use a deep clean at some point. The owner was very responsive and helpful any time I reached out. Overall, great find for a trip to the falls! Would recommend!

It's to earn 5 stars when things go well...

It is an entirely different matter for a host to earn a 5 star rating when things do not go well. Make not mistake, a meteor did not incinerate the unit yet there were hiccups and Christina handled everything from communication to investigation to remediation with professionalism and courtesy often replying quicker than the VRBO app could refresh. This is the type of host every guest wishes for. As for the unit, it is true to pictures and well appointed. Leaving the unexpected aside, the only surprises were pleasant ones and every word of the description is 100% accurate. A very quiet and spacious unit. Wouldn't hesitate to book it again on our next visit.

Great place!

I really liked the modernness of the older property. It's a very short distance from the rainbow bridge and made a great spot to centralize our vacation around. It was also just a a few blocks from the downtown area with a handful of restaurants and an ice cream place.

Great house well kept, had everything you need or may have forgotten to pack.
