Niagara Falls Convention Centre

No ice machines. Was directed to a CStore. Great balconies over looking the lake with no chairs. Was advised not to use the balcony. Some were under construction.

The hotel was very clean throughout and we appreciated the fact that it’s a newly built hotel. The room had everything we needed including a big window and even a side window that could be opened. The washroom was excellent and toilet had its own separate little room which was a nice touch. Great breakfast buffet in the morning which was a major plus point. Will come back!!

Beautiful hotel with attentive service. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a better room when they found out we are celebrating our 10 year anniversary. They also left a bottle of wine and chocolate strawberries in our room upon arrival. Wonderful gestures that helped make our stay even more memorable. We enjoyed the pool and the spa facilities and would definitely recommend the hotel for a stay in the heart of Toronto.
